The Portal is best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher. To set up your personal patient portal account you must first have a MyGlucoHealth® Meter Kit and serial number. If you are experiencing difficulty setting up a member account, uploading readings or accessing the patient portal, please contact our member support services by email at support@myglucohealth.net.
